Users are responsible for choosing the testing criteria, and evaluation parameters, and may need to adjust these to achieve their desired outcomes.

3.3 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and all activities that occur under their account.
3.4 Users agree to notify Atla immediately of any unauthorized use of their account.

10.1 Results generated by the service are not a guarantee of a language model’s performance, reliability, or effectiveness.
10.2 Atla does not control what users enter into the service.
10.3 Results are generated automatically and are not reviewed by any Atla representative for specific applicability or completeness.
10.4 Users must consider Atla’s Results in addition to all other available information about the language model and their business before making decisions.
10.5 Users are solely responsible for all effects, uses, and impacts of any Results, including all uses of and changes to language models in their business activities.
11.1 Users agree to indemnify and hold Atla harmless from any claims, damages, or
expenses arising from their use of the service.
11.2 This includes any breach of these Terms by the user or any third-party claims
resulting from the user's actions.
12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
12.2 Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
13.1 Atla reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
13.2 Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
